Echino was founded with a desire to create ceramics for taster menu and fine dining restaurants. My work is created to withstand repetitive industrial use, with functionality in the forefront of the design.

I have worked closely alongside chefs to bring their visions to life. With a broad range of glazes and a variety of clay bodies, we can work together to create your vision.

I use stoneware clay when making my work - it is durable, dishwasher safe and can tolerate sudden changes in heat.
